AFRO & AMAPIANO OPEN AIR
Afro & Amapiano Open Air in Ludwigsburg: Dancing Through the Rain
On July 17th, Amabenz Stuttgart made its debut in Ludwigsburg in collaboration with LKZ — and what a welcome it was! For the first time, we brought our Afro & Amapiano Open Air experience to Arsenalplatz in Ludwigsburg, bringing together music, dance and community for an unforgettable summer evening. The event started with incredible energy as the people of Ludwigsburg came out to enjoy Afrobeats, Amapiano, dance and good vibes. The atmosphere was building beautifully — until the weather decided to join the party. Then came the rain.
The energy was there from the beginning
The first rain droplets just fueled the energy further.
Amabenz Stuttgart — Bringing Amapiano, Afrobeats & Dance Culture to the City.
Heavy rainfall interrupted the event, but it didn't stop the people who had already found their way to Arsenalplatz. Some of our biggest supporters stayed, danced and enjoyed the experience despite the weather — and that made the evening even more special. We still took the stage and delivered a performance full of energy, followed by a free Amapiano dance workshop where members of the Ludwigsburg community could learn, move and experience the culture for themselves.
Our first Afro & Amapiano event in Ludwigsburg may have ended with rain, but it also ended with smiles, dancing and a community that showed us just how welcome we are. Ludwigsburg, thank you for having us. This was only the beginning. We can't wait to dance with you again!
For us, that's what Amabenz is all about: bringing people together through music and dance — regardless of the circumstances.
